Not a residence, lower level of church, back hallway and walk out. Four rooms have an odor. There was an issue with leaking water a couple of years ago. Some of the cement blocks have a white powder on them. Not sure if it is mold or if there another problem.

New owner of home. roof above 400 sq ft. family room had history of leaking prior to moving in. We had roof replaced and discovered excessive amount of mold on drywall after removing wood wall paneling. We would like to have an estimate to have the mold removed and area cleaned up to prevent future growth.

Mold is visible in the kitchen window pane, underneath the sink, in a small area in both bathrooms and in the laundry rm wall. There is a musty smell in the house and I want to know how much it will be. The rooms are small and the house is older but was remodeled in 2000.

I am considering buying a house but I spent 10 minutes in the house the other day and I could smell the mold in the air and feel it in my lungs. There is a leaking outside shower and I believe the water is dripping into the crawl space below the house. If the mold can be completely removed, I want to buy the house. We noticed a leak in our master bathroom shower. Water has leaked for an unknown period (we just bought the house) into the hallway and possible traveled into the bedroom across the hall. When plumbers came to repair the shower, they found that there is black mold behind the shower walls. I would like someone to survey the damage and locate any more mold that has grown due to this water damage. I am concerned it may even be under the carpet where the water has leaked.
